Newest Condo-hotel (condotel) in Honolulu!

Located at the heart of Honolulu right across from the world-famous Ala Moana Shopping Center and just minutes from Waikiki. Renaissance Residences, the East Tower of a two-tower project called Sky Ala Moana. The residential tower (aka West Tower) is all sold out. Renaissance Residences will be branded and marketed under the Marriott Renaissance brand. Owners can choose to let hotel operators manage the units on their behalf, rent it out long-term (minimum 1 year lease), or live full-time.

Units come with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. 1 bedroom units have dishwasher as well. All units come with washer and dryer. Units have 8’6” ceilings while PH units have 10’ ceilings.

Condotel units are perfect for those who wishes to have a place to stay while vacationing here on the island while be able to generate income when units are not in use.
